Welcome to the May 2014 Lazy Sunday Cycle. On Sunday 4th May we will meet at the Edward Street (Stamford Plaza) entrance to Brisbane's City Botanic Gardens. At 10am we will set off riding west towards QUT where we will cross over the Brisbane River via the Goodwill Bridge before riding along the river side of South Bank. From there we will cycle past Kurilpa Park and along the West End Bikeway to Davies Park, where we will join the Bike Week celebrations.
We will soak up the festivities and enjoy a coffee or light meal from one of the vendors before heading back to our start. This time we will cross over the Brisbane River at the Go Between Bridge before riding back to the Botanic Gardens via the Bicentennial Bikeway.
**** Please note that catering will not be available for this ride. Food can be purchased at the Bike Week event at the turn-around point *****
